Returns and Cancellations Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here is our policy for returns and cancellations:

  • Returns:

    • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • Items must be in their original packaging and unused.

    • Return requests can be raised via our website or by contacting customer support.

  • Cancellations:

    • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched by contacting our customer service team.

    • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

    • In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
