Returns and Cancellations Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here is our policy for returns and cancellations:
Returns:
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
Return requests can be raised via our website or by contacting customer support.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched by contacting our customer service team.
Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
